Waffles, Take 2

I decided to try making waffles again with my spiffy waffle iron, only this time I used the cornmeal waffle recipe I posted previously from Teri's Kitchen. They turned out FANTASTIC!

Crispy, golden and delicious!

I followed the recipe exactly EXCEPT instead of 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar, I used 3 Tbsp. and that still gave the waffles just a hint of sweetness.

John gobbled them up and raved about how great they turned out. I'll definitely have to whip them up again sometime.
